Chartered Accountant with Investment Banking Experience

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Chartered Accountant with Investment Banking experience to join our team. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for investment banking projects, such as capital raising, and other financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Work on investment banking projects, including capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, analyzing financial statements and business plans.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the company's financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Provide tax planning and compliance services to clients.
• Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Communicate with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide advice and support.
