Virtual Street Group is a rapidly growing organization specializing in US Real Estate Accounting and managing over 50,000 doors portfolio of US Clients. We also provide accounting services to Law Firms, E-Commerce, and IT Companies in the USA.
We at Virtual Street Group aim to provide Virtual bookkeeping, Virtual accounting, and Taxation services globally to all business entities in one place. We are focused on providing exceptional client services and believe in generating measurable and tangible results. We are goal-driven and result-oriented bookkeepers and accountants.
Role Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting internal audits in accordance with statutory regulations to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and reports. They will examine financial records, assesses internal controls, and verifies that the financial practices of the organization align with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves providing assurance to stakeholders that the financial statements give a true and fair view of the company's financial position.
Domain – Finance & Accounting
Experience – 3 yrs -7 years ( including articleship.
Location – Sector- 62, Noida (On-Site)
Working Days- 6 Days with 2 Saturday Off.
Shift Timings- 1 PM to 10 PM IST
Qualification- Candidate must hold professional Degree like B. Com, M. Com, or MBA in Finance or experience. Exposure in CA firm will be preferred.
Candidate who are Final Group Dropouts will be preferred provided they must have completed Articleship.
Candidates pursuing any degree / certifications/ CA, CMA, CPA do not apply.
Job Description –
· Review financial statements monthly to ensure they are accurate and comply with regulatory requirements.
· Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
· Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and statutory compliance.
· The incumbent will be responsible for financial reporting.
• Experience with Accounts Payable – Billing entry, Bookkeeping, General Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Review of Balance Sheet Income Statement and General Ledger, Categorization of Bank transactions.
Skills Required -
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in statutory auditing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Candidates with experience in conducting statutory audits for clients will be given preference.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, and Yardi is a plus.
• Capable of Handling a team size of 3 -4 people.
• MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced Entries as, Pivot table, VLOOKUP / H lookup)
• Highly Responsible person who understands the criticality of meeting the deadlines
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems, an out-of-the-box thinker.
