Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant specializing in Capital Markets and Broking, located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing financial operations and compliance within the capital markets and broking domain. Key tasks include financial reporting, analysis, risk management, auditing, and regulatory compliance. The Chartered Accountant will work closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure optimal financial performance and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Taxation
• Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management specific to Capital Markets and Broking
• Expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage financial teams effectively
• Chartered Accountant qualification with demonstrated experience in capital markets/broking sectors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of financial software and tools
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of SEBI regulations and other compliance requirements is a plus
