Job Description
Responsibilities
• Handle private limited company compliances from various industries.
• Advising clients on queries relating to Income tax, GST, and other compliances every day.
• Building a robust team for handling GST, Income tax, and other regular compliances.
• Handling special assignments like Valuations, Transaction advisory, Organisation structuring, Tax planning etc.
• Closely working with the Business Development team to scale the company to the next level.
• Do valuation for clients.
• Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA).
• Prepare ITR filing.
• Preparation of Financial Statements.
• Providing Financial and Legal Advice.
• Reviewing the work of junior associates.
• Handle Futures & amp; Options., Construction Co. Accounts or any other complicated accounting.
• Managing a team.
Requirements
• CA Qualified.
• Nature of Experience: Experience in handling private limited company compliances, accounting, and taxation.
• People with strong Articleship, and experienced people from Audit firms are highly preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of Post qualification experience from an Audit Firm.
• Conceptual understanding of accounting, IT, GST, and accounting standards.
• Visible Leadership skills can motivate others to achieve.
• Strong professionally credible with integrity.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Age Group: 21 - 25 years
• Cost to the company: As per industry norms
• Preference will be given to those with Articleship experience from Audit firms.
• Candidates proficient in the Hindi language will be given higher preference.
