Job Description
Urgently required CA for a leading Rugs Manufacturer & Exporter in Bais Godown, Jaipur
Duties & Responsibilities:
(a) Attend all meetings with the overseas clients / customers for expansion / Investment opportunities.
(b) Make proper minutes at the end of every Meeting and mail it to the parties concerned
(c) Oversee the proper compliance of all legal requirements connected with FEMA, RBI and any other laws
concerning the overseas Investments.
(d) Forecasting costs and revenues conducting risk analyses for financial plans and evaluating capital
expansion options (e.g. funding or loans.)
(e) Preparation & submission of GST/TDS returns
(f) Assess company’s financial status
(g) Analyze investment plans
(h) Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding
(i) Forecast revenues and costs and report any discrepancies
(j) Analyze market trends and identify risks and opportunities
(k) Manage current and future tax payments
(l) Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability
(m) Review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement.
#Qualification: CA
#Experince : Minimum 5 years
#Salary Package: 6-8 LPA.
