Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making in our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project accounting, taxation, and financial management within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounting for real estate projects including project cost tracking, revenue recognition, and budgeting.
• Prepare and analyze project profitability reports and feasibility assessments.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, income tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle financial audits and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Oversee invoicing, collection tracking, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate with banks for loans, project finance, and fund disbursement.
• Support land acquisition and due diligence from a financial compliance perspective.
• Maintain updated financial records for real estate assets, leases, and contracts.
• Assist in pricing strategies, cost control, and cost-benefit analyses of new developments.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 3–7 years of experience in the real estate or construction sector.
• Proficient in project accounting, real estate financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
• Strong understanding of RERA guidelines, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹155,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month
