About the Role
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving residential property sales through the development and management of strong channel partner relationships nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing business offering a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure with strong earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying, establishing, managing and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, including real estate agents, financial advisors and other stakeholders.
Developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through collaboration with channel partners.
Providing regular sales reporting and updates to the sales leadership team.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation through our channel partners.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within residential property, real estate, or construction industries.
Strong industry network with established relationships across real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, buyer's agents, and other key stakeholders, with the ability to generate sales opportunities and grow channel partnerships.
Proven success in building and managing partnerships and channel sales.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
Familiarity with the property market and industry trends.
