The ultimate objective is to drive channel sales across India. The responsibilities include – Leading and Building high performing team, drive new business development, identify new channel partners, strengthen strong relationship with partners and OEMs, motivate team, organize channel partner engagement activities across India.
· Create GTM plan for the current portfolio within channel market.
· Provide leadership to the team and motivate them for better performance
· Organise channel engagement activities
· Independently Drive sales especially help develop new business through partners
· Ability to manage vacant territories and drive sales
· Strengthen relationship with the OEMs and key channel partners
Identify & develop new business through new and old channel partners
Build high performing team
Mentor team and build their technical and commercial skills
Conduct regular Field work with sales associates to improve market and customer knowledge
