Job Description
Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors in the solar field.
Generate leads and sales for solar rooftop projects.
Appoint new channel partners and maintain long-term business relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project execution.
Support partners in closing residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the solar industry.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer database.
Requirements:
2/3 Years Experience in Solar Field / Solar Rooftop Sales preferred.
Experience in channel sales, distribution sales, or B2B sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel for field sales activities.
Basic understanding of solar products and solutions.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA preferred.
Relevant solar/channel sales experience mandator.
Pay: ₹207,063.17 - ₹400,574.34 per year
