Operational aspects of CSA position
Working days 6 days a week. To be available over phone between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to CSM’s for any urgent requirement. Reports and other agreed activities may need to be completed on weekends from home. Occasional extended hours working.Reporting to Sr Channel Sales Manager.Position based out of Pearson VUE Noida office.
Skills required:
CSA should have following skill sets:
Good Communication skills – Verbal as well written, and Listening skills. Multi language knowledge prefered.2-3 Years of experience in Sales support and coordination preferred. Freshers may also apply.Open to travel for assist in channel sourcing.Good customer handling skillsWell versed with MS-Office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPointAttention to detail and multi-tasking skills
