The Channel manager is responsible, for delivering , monitoring managing and suggesting course corrections of the strategies on Acquisition of CASA products and xsell on ground for the assigned channel and geographies
The role requires effective co-ordination of the programme’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies
It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.
The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum , drive execution and act as a foil to program product and process teams and other BU Managing Programmes , products and processes
