Channel Development Manager - South
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Omni channel network development: Build and manage strategies for developing omni channels including B2B2C, e-commerce, B2B etc.
• Market Expansion: Work with sales team to Identify new markets and potential channel partners to expand reach.
• Channel partner lifecycle management: Develop and ensure implementation of processes needed for managing end to end lifecycle management of channel partners. This would include hiring, onboarding, scaling up, performance management of channel partner and running enablers like Incentive program, Reward & recognition, Business Planning, QBRs etc in order to move the needle.
• Turning around low growth Branches: Diagnosing and resolving issues in low growth markets and ensuring implementation of action plan to put them back on growth trajectory.
• Capability building of sales team: Training sales team so as to build sales effectiveness in the field team.
• Maintaining channel health: Ensuring overall health and hygiene of channel partners in the region.
Qualifications:
• MBA / PG Diploma in management from Top tier B schools of India.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in channel sales. Candidate having some exposure in GTM strategy role would be preferred.
• Good analytical skills are essential to be successful in this role.
• Candidate should have good command over MS Excel and power point.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and customers.
• Age should not be more than 35 years.

• Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on meeting objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
