Job Description
We are hiring for Change Analyst in Investment Bank for Pune location on 18 months contractual role.
Experience range: 6-10 years
Project duration: 18 months
Shift timings: UK shift
Work from Home at present
Work location Pune
Qualification- Graduate , PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent is beneficial.

• Business analyst, project management and/or consultant experience in the Investment Banking Industry, with broad domain knowledge and understanding of Finance, Treasury or Risk core business processes.
• Experience of banking systems and associated functionality and data flows.
• Strong analytical skills ability to demonstrate flexibility.
• Structured approach to problem solving.
• Experience of working across multiple priorities and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Project management business analysis experience of the full project life cycle through initiation, planning, execution closure.
• Experience with developing materials (e.g. PowerPoint, MSP, Excel, Word artefacts) for groups across multiple levels of the management hierarchy and a strong instinct as to standards required.
• Experience in creating developing key project artefacts such as plans BRDs and target state business processes.
• Data experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining project plan and follow ups with individual project stakeholders for any addition, deviation or changes in milestones.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMOs strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
• Monitor Programme reporting and assist the Head of Programmes in reporting to Senior Management.
• Establish frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management to Manage and compile - Programme related updates for Weekly Status reporting.
• Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support business case development and the implementation of projects.
• Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log
• Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
• Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting, Financial Management, Change
• Responsible for project Documentation, as part of project closure activities.
• Responsible for maintaining and following up on Risk and Issue logs and ensuring closure of all open action items by coordinating with Internal and external stakeholders.
• Developed an entire structure for Internal project SharePoint to ensure all key documents pertaining to the project are maintained and monitored effectively.
• Developed a seamless on boarding and off boarding process for the project
• Maintain Programme SharePoint to an acceptable standard, and in line with document management processes within the bank.
