Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Pilates Instructor located in Mumbai. The Certified Pilates Instructor will be responsible for providing Pilates instruction, conducting group exercises, integrating physical therapy techniques, delivering excellent customer service, and teaching Pilates classes to clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions for clients of varying fitness levels and needs.
• Assess client fitness levels and create customized Pilates routines aligned with physiotherapy and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and chiropractors to design integrated treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, motivating, and professional environment during sessions.
• Educate clients on posture, breathing, and overall wellness.
• Track and report client progress and adapt routines as necessary.
