Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Mumbai. The CNA will be responsible for supporting patients’ daily needs, monitoring health conditions, assisting with basic medical procedures, and ensuring optimal patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Other responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and adhering to operational protocols to deliver quality healthcare services.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in providing personal patient care, including grooming, bathing, and assisting with mobility.
• Skills in monitoring patient health metrics, such as vital signs and documenting observations accurately.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and the ability to assist healthcare professionals in daily tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build patient rapport and work collaboratively with medical staff.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain cleanliness, manage patients’ care routines, and adhere to safety standards.
• Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and pass relevant medical clearances.
• Previous experience in healthcare or hospital settings is a plus.
• Empathy, dedication to patient care, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
