Senior Field Sales Manager — Manufacturing
Facto (myfactoapp.com) | Full-time | Field role
Facto builds custom software for mid-market manufacturers. Factories running on registers, Excel, Tally and WhatsApp get their whole business on one system — live in 8 weeks. Our customers are factory owners with ₹10–200 Cr businesses across engineering, cables, metals, machine tools and more. We are a founder-led company and this is our first senior sales hire.
The role
This is a field job. You will be in factories, at gates, in owners' cabins — not behind a desk, not managing a team. Manager here means territory and network, not people.
• Monday to Wednesday: field visits to factory clusters — 12–15 touches a day, meeting owners and plant heads
• Thursday: partner circuit — machine dealers, CAs, suppliers and other introducers who can open doors
• Friday: industry associations, exhibitions, pipeline review with founders
• Your job is qualified meetings with owners. Founders run the demos and close alongside you — you earn the close over time
• Everything logged daily in our CRM
Who we're looking for
• 5–10 years of B2B field sales, and you personally visit customers today — not through a team
• You have sold to factory owners / SME promoters: machinery, industrial products, financial services to SMEs, or business software (Tally/Busy/Marg partner experience is a big plus)
• A live network of manufacturer contacts in Jaipur or Delhi-NCR you can open doors with
• Comfortable at a factory gate, fluent in Hindi, own vehicle

What you get
• Fixed: ₹50,000–80,000/month (Jaipur) or ₹60,000–90,000/month (NCR), based on experience and verified network
• 3-7% uncapped commission on every deal you source — ₹30–40k+ per deal, paid within 30 days of customer payment
• Realistic year-one earnings: ₹8–13L, no ceiling, no layers between you and the founders
• Title, territory and a straight path to leading the region as we grow
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
