The Role:

As a Cellarhand, you will deliver exceptional service where required and provide back-of-house support to both admin and F&B staff regarding all stock movement throughout the venue. Assisting the team to bring to life some extraordinary events hosted in our iconic Hotel.

The right candidate will have:

The ability to handle and move kegs and heavy furniture.
Experience working with cooling systems, beer lines, and the use of cellar equipment (desired, not mandatory).
Be reliable and capable to work alone.
Great communication & interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail & commitment to high standards.
A valid Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) is essential (or willing to obtain one before you commence work).
Forklift experience desired but not essential.
