PR Outreach Executive

We are seeking an individual to schedule in-house interviews with high-profile figures, working closely with our Music Entertainment and Speaking Departments.

The successful candidate will network, interview, transcribe, and outreach exclusive content to online publications, while collaborating with our social media team to develop a successful SEO/PR strategy.
Daily Tasks:
• Interview introductions by the Sales Team
• Celebrity and influencer communication
• Scheduling and coordinating virtual interviews
• Researching interviewees and crafting relevant questions
• Conducting interviews with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Sharing content with the social media team
• Contacting editors of relevant online publications for outreach opportunities
• Proposing speakers and interview questions to publications
• Transcribing and formatting QA content
Requirements
