About This Role

The CDS Administrator role will support CDS services nationally across QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS. Working from the Wellways Mackay office you will work collaboratively with the administrative team located in VIC. We are looking for an experienced, values driven person that understands the incredible difference a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail can make to our CDS national team.

More specifically, you would be supporting key processes including communication with key stakeholders across the Wellways community and service system, supporting the efficient and timely engagement of services. We are looking for a team member with exceptional communications skills and experienced in answering calls. Ideally you will have knowledge of NDIS services, efficient skills in Microsoft Suite, TouchPoint and Carelink software.

What do you need?

Relevant Administration qualification, or equivalent experience
Appropriate IT skills
Highly effective communication (phone manner in particular) and interpersonal skills
Experience in providing telephone services support
Satisfactory Police Records Check
Satisfactory Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening check
NDIS Module
Right to Work within Australia

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) refers to services which are led by and funded by individual consumers. This includes services such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) iCare. These services provide support, care and access to services and technology for Australians with disabilities as well as their families and carers.
