Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting authentic Chinese dishes in our client's restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Chinese cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staffEnsure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner

- Follow all health and safety standards and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chinese Cuisine CDP in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
