Hopper OTR Driver $0.60 CPM + Monthly Bonuses CDL-A No Endorsements Needed

With no endorsements required, this is a great fit for experienced CDL-A drivers who want solid miles, meaningful work, and a team that has their back — starting with the owner’s phone number on Day 1.
What You Get:
$0.60 CPM base pay
Earn $1,320–$1,800/week depending on mileage and region
Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus — up to $0.04 CPM extra
Weekly pay + detention, layover, weather delay, and breakdown pay
Keep your trailer — no swapping into someone else’s problems
Safety Bonus Program Highlights:
Earn up to 4¢ per mile extra each month based on:
Fuel stop compliance
Idle time below 25%
MPG performance
$200 for clean Level 1 DOT inspections
$100 for other clean DOT inspections
Bonus paid monthly — transparent, trackable, and achievable
The Work:
Haul grain, bone meal, millet, aggregate, and pet food ingredients
Operate in all 48 states
More days home per break than van drivers
Freight with long-term customer relationships built since 1987
Home Time & Support:
21–27 days out, with longer breaks the longer you're out
24/7 driver support — someone is always on call for you
Equipment You Can Count On:
Trucks 3 years old or newer
APU, fridge, inverter, TV mount, new mattress
Samsara tablet with unlimited company-paid data
PrePass ***** in every truck
