The Catering Coordinator is a key role within the North Metropolitan Health Service, responsible for managing the operation of the hospital's catering patient meal services.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining compliance with the Food Safety Program governed by HACCP principles and relevant authority legislation.
Coordinating and supporting staff to provide the best possible service to patients and ensuring mandatory and induction training and performance development.
Requirements:
