In a pivotal role as Lead - Category Expert, you will be a dynamic and result-driven Product Expert tasked with promoting and selling the Livspace range of kitchen appliances.
You will be responsible for educating customers about product features, collaborating with BM Design to optimize sales funnels, achieving assigned sales targets, fostering strong relationships within the internal team, and representing the brand with professionalism.
• Customer Insights: Understand customer requirements for kitchen appliances during their home design journey
• Sales Promotion: Promote and sell kitchen appliances (e.g., Hob, Chimney, ovens, microwaves) to end customers in coordination with Interior Designers
• Performance Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management
• Upselling Premium Products: Upsell Premium and Private label products to customers
• Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers to identify sales funnels and ensure maximum conversion
• Store Activations: Execute in-store promotional activities and product demonstrations to boost customer engagement
• Feedback and Support: Document and share customer feedback on products and provide product training and support to the sales team
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Product Placement: Ensure proper placement and visibility of products at retail points
Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer durables or kitchen appliances
Key Skills: Sales, Design, and Customer Service skills.
