About The Role
Support and assist the Category Manager in all aspects of product planning, indent buy compilation, key account management, sample management and range preparation for CALVIN KLEIN.
You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and the ability to effectively liaise with suppliers and customers, including Myer and David Jones on a regular basis. Based at our Head Office in Sydney CBD, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare linelists, retailer buy sheets and merchandise plans for customer range showings
Populate SAP upload sheet with style attributes including pricing and sizing
Liaise with external customers, shipping, customer service and provide information on cancellations, changes and deliveries
Manage incoming samples for all markets
Prepare sample range for market showings
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
Demonstrated category/buyers assistant experience within a wholesale environment, preferably with an international brand working across multiple categories
Prior experience working with off-shore suppliers
Advanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Must have Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
Knowledge and experience with SAP ideal
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy entering data
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
