Details: Join our team at the Tidbinbilla Visitor Centre. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to provide great customer service, sell entry passes and retail items, answer enquiries, and support daily visitor operations.

What you’ll do:

Welcome visitors and provide accurate information
Manage sales and basic admin tasks
Assist with kiosk and retail restocking
Support visitor activities and work with staff and volunteers
What you’ll bring:

Strong customer service skills
Clear communication and ability to follow procedures
Ability to work rostered weekends/public holidays and occasional weekdays
WWVP required
Hospitality or POS experience a bonus
Help create memorable experiences in one of Canberra’s most iconic natural areas!

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

Required

Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
Ability to work rostered weekends and public holidays (penalty rates apply), plus weekdays as required.
Ability to reliably travel to the Tidbinbilla Visitor Centre (rural location).
Willingness to wear a uniform.
Highly desirable

Current manual driver’s licence.
Hospitality or customer‑service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Note: These positions are available 1 May 2026 and will be offered on a casual basis and the full-time salary noted above will be paid pro-rata. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
