The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
Achieve individual and team sales goals
Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and cash handling
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive store environment
About You
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Passion for fashion, retail, and delivering exceptional service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with a proactive attitude
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
