Casual Sales Assistant

Stirling Women Tauranga Crossing is looking for a Casual sales assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be creative, driven, motivated and passionate about making the store look amazing! A successful candidate should be passionate about store standards and compliance as well as driven by KPI's and the success of a campaign.
Job Purpose:
The role purpose is to strengthen the Stirling Sports brand by executing operational, workforce and commercial strategies to maximize sales and long-term profitability.
The representative will play a crucial role in the team, while ensuring they provide outstanding customer service and deliver the best shopping experience, actively driving sales and maximizing the profitability of their store.
Key Skills and requirements:
· A passion for design and visual merchandising
· Minimum 1-2 year experience in Retail Management
· Self-motivated and organised
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to adapt and manage tasks effectively
· An interest in keeping up to date with current trends
· Driven and passionate with an eye for detail and a love of sports fashion
