Forge West End is not your average clinic. We are a very busy, high-performing allied health practice in the heart of West End — and we're looking for someone who brings energy, work ethic, and pride to everything they do.
This is not a role for someone looking to coast. We need someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, fast on their feet, and thrives on being helpful and proactive.
This is a casual front desk/reception/admin role with potential for long-term career progression in clinic operations or management for the right person.
What We’re Looking For:
Punctual and takes pride in being dependable
Hardworking, willing to learn and tackle new tasks
Friendly and bubbly with a naturally positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Multitasker who remains calm under pressure
Happy to cover shifts and step in where needed
Fast learner and confident using computers/software
Prior experience in allied health or healthcare reception is a bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
Answering phones and managing bookings efficiently
Processing payments and managing appointment invoices
Supporting practitioners and keeping things running smoothly
General administrative tasks and keeping the front desk and surrounding tidy

Pay Rate:
Remuneration will be in line with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020, based on your experience and classification level.
