RL Business Group is on the lookout for a detail-oriented, motivated Office Admin / Accounts Payable Officer to support our growing bookkeeping and business services team.
This will be a remote casual role after training, starting at 4-8 hours per week, with the opportunity for growth. You'll be trained and supported to work across a variety of clients—perfect for someone with solid Xero experience and a strong admin background.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts payable data entry and reconciliation
Uploading and coding invoices via Dext
Email inbox and supplier follow-ups
Admin support
Assisting with documentation and system updates
What We’re Looking For:
Xero experience is essential
Dext experience highly regarded
Prior Bookkeeping Practice experience advantageous
High attention to detail
Able to work independently once trained
Solid communication and organisational skills
Admin, AP, or bookkeeping experience preferred
