Job Description
Responsibilities of the job include opening &/or closing clinic, greeting patients, answering phones, schedule appointments, patient billing, scanning documents, checking and handling emails
. Previous experience as a medical receptionist essential
. Best Practice Software experience is an advantage
. An eye for detail
. Reliable
. Ability to work autonomously
. Fits well with the team
. Approximately 18 hours per week over 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - usually the same hours/days each week.
. Flexibility to cover other shifts when staff are sick or on leave - we are a small clinic so flexibility is essential.
. CPR certificate required
. Covid-19 vaccination, Hep B and influenza vaccination required
