Gold Coast Endodontics is looking for a motivated and reliable dental assistant/receptionist with a minimum of 12 months experience for 2-3 days a week (Thursday/Friday currently) with the potential to increase days with demand.
What you'll be doing
Providing chairside assistance during endodontic procedures and consultation appointments
Booking patient appointments from referring dentists
Providing exceptional customer service to patients at the reception desk
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's diary
Processing payments (HICAPs and Eftpos)
Handling patient enquiries and administrative tasks
Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist/Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in using dental software and other office technology
A friendly, professional and empathetic approach to patient care
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of infection control and workplace safety
Certificate 3 or certificate 4 in dental assisting is not required but highly desirable
