Previous experience taking the CASPer test is required.
A strong CASPer result, preferably 4th Quartile (Q4).
Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or teaching experience is preferred.
Current or recent student in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, optometry, or another health-related program is preferred.
Strong English communication and writing skills.
Ability to provide constructive and individualized feedback.
Reliable, patient, and comfortable
