Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Associate/ Cashier to join our team. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients.
Salary : Hourly wage + Commissions +tips
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday
Responsibilities.
Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in each transaction.
Recommend best wash service according to customer needs.
Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality service.
Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment and workspaces.
Work as a team to properly manage carflow into facilities.
Be knowledgeable about products and services.
Qualifications
Portuguese and Spanish speaking skills are a big plus for serving diverse customer needs.
Knowledge in car wash services is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in sales strongly recommended.
Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude is a must since job is outdoors.
