We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant’s operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be customer-focused, and have a solid background in managing a restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations including kitchen, service, and customer interactions.
• Lead the Team: Train and manage staff, ensuring everyone works together to provide excellent service.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure our guests have a great dining experience by addressing any issues promptly.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the restaurant’s budget, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and ingredients to minimize waste and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, following all health and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Regularly report on the restaurant’s performance to senior management.
• Support Growth: Assist in planning and supporting the opening of new restaurant locations.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and accounting.
• Ability to work 10 hours on weekdays and 12 hours on weekends, with potential for reduced hours later.
• Reliable and punctual.
