Festival Cashiers – August 8–10, 2025 (Etobicoke, ON)
Join our team for one of the summer's most vibrant Caribbean Food Music Festivals! We're seeking friendly, efficient, and tech-savvy individuals to assist guests with ticket sales and information at various points throughout the event.
Position Overview:
Dates: August 8–10, 2025
Location: Etobicoke, Ontario
Employment Type: Temporary, part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide assistance with ticket purchases and inquiries
Process transactions using a cashless point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2 Year Cashier experience
Experience using digital payment systems
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Previous customer service or event experience is an asset
