Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Servers for our fast-paced Indian QSR drive-thru concept. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume QSR Indian food concept brands , with strong skills in customer service, order handling, and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly at counter and drive-thru with a positive attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently
• Ensure quick service and maintain drive-thru speed standards
• Upsell menu items, combos, and promotions to increase sales
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front counter and service areas
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and service standards
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in QSR / Fast Food
• Experience handling high-volume orders and rush hours
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Friendly, presentable, and team-oriented personality• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:
• Drive-thru experience (highly preferred)
• Strong upselling and customer engagement skills
• Knowledge of Indian street food / QSR menu items
