Responsibilities:
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions using the cash register at Spice N Grill Foods Pvt. Ltd.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily transactions.
• Reconcile cash drawers and prepare cash reports as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any payment-related queries.
• Ensure the cash register and surrounding area are kept clean and organized.
• Handle refunds and exchanges in accordance with Spice N Grill Foods Pvt. Ltd. policies.
• Assist in stock taking and inventory management as needed.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the management immediately.
• Support other team members and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or above.
• Previous experience in a cashier role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic arithmetic operations accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing software.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
