Cashbook Assistant - 12 mths FTC

As an Accounts Assistant (12 mths FTC), you will:
Organise and prepare payment runs and adhoc payment requests.
Lease system admin
Online banking administration
Allocation of sales and purchase ledger payments
Assisting with organising and reviewing of company car purchases / hire agreements.
Regular liaison with management and colleagues across all our 16 UK and Ireland depots.
Maintaining and developing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Undertaking general administration tasks and providing support across the team when necessary, including some ledger work
Specifically, we’re looking for:
Studying or wanting to study a Financial qualification.
Ideally be a graduate, or have strong accounts / administration experience in a busy office environment.
Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, including look ups and pivot tables.
Excellent communication skills and a polite, professional and persuasive telephone manner.
A keen eye for detail, including data input/order processing skills.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
