Job Summary

We are seeking a Case Management and Policy Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to customers and external stakeholders regarding social housing and private rental products. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to case management.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures. You will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage competing priorities.
