Job Description
Job Role: CASA Sales Officer
- Acquire new customers by selling the bank’s CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.
- Conduct marketing and promotional activities within the assigned area to generate leads.
- Travel locally on a daily basis to meet potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Encourage customer engagement and repeat business.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, and other financial products.
- Encourage existing customers to increase deposits in their accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and procedures.
- Complete mandatory training, certifications, and learning activities conducted by the bankEligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
- Driving License: Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹19,000 CTC per month.
- Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance.
