The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing CASA accounts from the open market or through organized events and activities. This is a field sales role that requires candidates to work extensively in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing Current Accounts from small neighborhood shops, such as general stores, mobile shops, and chemists.
• Identifying potential clients and developing relationships with them.
• Organizing events and activities to acquire new customers.
• Working independently in the field, with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in banking or finance.
• Graduation is compulsory.
• Age limit: 30 years or less.
• Bike is mandatory for this role.
Note: This is a challenging field sales role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be expected to work independently and meet sales targets.
