As a Cabinetmaker/Joiner you'll be responsible for the manufacturing and installing cabinetry, bench tops, and other specialised components, ensuring every project meets our exacting standards. This role will see you working with a variety of machinery and hand tools, managing your own projects, and collaborating with the team when needed. You'll be working alongside a close-knit team, including designers, a dedicated CNC programmer, creating stunning joinery for commercial interior projects and luxury homes. No weekend work, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and great work-life balance.

Key Attributes:

Experienced Cabinetmaker/Joiner with experience in high-end residential joinery
Skilled in site installation and joinery fitout
High standards and pride in craftsmanship
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Able to interpret architectural plans and perform site measures
Commitment to Health and Safety requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret drawings, templates, and written instructions to determine job requirements
Liaise with CNC programmer as needed
Work alongside our designers and offer advise/solutions to improve finished product
Assemble cabinetry and install hardware to specifications
Ensure all products meet high-quality standards
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations in the workshop
Assist with the installation of joinery on-site as required
