We are a locally owned, fully integrated builder, providing services from excavation to finishing. Our Concord Homes team is a tight knit group of like-minded people dedicated to excellence in home construction.
We pride ourselves on developing our team from within. Training and development is offered to every one of our team members. Members of our team can apply to have training courses in their specific field paid for. We encourage growth and development in our industry.
Concord Homes is seeking experienced Apprentices, Carpenters, Lead Hands and Red Seal Carpenters to be part of our team.
Job Summary:
Must be familiar with framing new builds and all aspects of building residential construction and/or home renovations. Pay will be based on previous experience with the opportunity for advancement. Exterior framing, aluminum work, roofing and siding are included tasks. Interior trimming, Flooring and Finish Work are required skills. Tile Work and ICF foundations experience considered an asset. Reading blue prints and drawings are a must for this position.
