Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled Carpenters & Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing carpentry tasks across residential construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Assist with framing shell and siding installation using hand tools and power tools.
Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements is a plus.
Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely across construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly.
Experience
Prior experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety procedures.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic carpentry techniques.
Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for construction tasks.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining quality standards.
