Job Description
Experienced Carpenter / Installer – Travel Work, High‑Skill Projects

IntelliPros is hiring Experienced Carpenters/Installers for specialty structural systems including Mass Timber, Heavy Timber, Timber Framing, and SIPs. If you know how to work hard, use tools, and install with precision, you’ll fit right in.
This is not basic remodeling. This is technical, high‑craft installation on residential and commercial projects east of the Mississippi.
What You’ll Do
Install Mass Timber, Timber Frame, and SIP wall/roof systems
Read and follow construction drawings and shop drawings
Perform layout, framing, rigging assistance, and precision fitting
Operate jobsite equipment (telehandler, forklift, scissor/boom lifts)
Handle materials, staging, and onsite fabrication support
Travel to project sites (travel required)
Potenential for HIGH PREVAILING WAGE government projects
What You Need
Proven carpentry or framing experience
Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset
Able to work in all conditions
State Real ID required
Experience with Mass Timber, and SIPs is a plus (not required)
