Residential Framing Carpenter / Apprentice

We are a small construction company primarily focused on residential framing in the Fernie/Sparwood area. We are looking for someone to join our crew who is reliable, willing to work hard, and takes pride in doing a good job.

Framing experience is preferred, and production framing experience would be an asset, but it is not required. We’re also willing to consider an apprentice or someone with limited experience who is the right fit for the crew. We’re happy to train someone who is willing to learn and put in the effort.

Work will include:

Residential floor, wall and roof framing
Material handling and moving
Measuring, cutting and installing framing materials
General jobsite cleanup and organization
Some siding and other residential construction work as needed
What we’re looking for:

Previous framing/construction experience is an asset
Willingness to learn and take direction
Reliable and shows up ready to work
Good attitude and ability to work as part of a small crew
Able to do physical work and work safely on a construction site
Valid driver's license would be an asset
We’re a small company, so we're looking for someone who wants to work, learn, and become a valuable part of the crew. Experience is great, but the right attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
