Job Description
Foundation and Framing company, based in the Penticton area, looking for a Carpenter / carpenters helper.
Qualified individuals will be knowledgeable in residential construction, have a good work ethic, their own transportation, and be physically capable.
Wages will depend on ability and experience.
Summary
As a Carpenter/Carpenter's Helper, you will be an essential part of our construction team, contributing to various projects with your core skills in hand tools, construction, carpentry, and power tools. Your premium skills in blueprint reading, concrete forming, and framing will be utilized in tasks to complete custom homes and multi unit residential buildings.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand and power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and assembly.
Perform general carpentry tasks such as concrete forming and pouring , framing, and siding.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
Additional pay:
Overtime pay
