Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and woodworking, with the ability to fabricate and install various structures and fixtures. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, understanding schematics, and performing heavy lifting as needed. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

Construct and install decks, railings, fascia, soffits, and other exterior structures.
Fabricate, assemble, and install structures made from wood, plywood, composite, and other materials.
Build frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and door frames.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications

Experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to perform medium/heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
