Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with, framing, window and door installation and operating hand and power tools. This position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, utilizing both carpentry expertise and heavy equipment operation to deliver high-quality results.
Duties
execute project requirements accurately
Construct, install, and repair structures using wood, concrete, and other materials
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and power equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with restoration projects including window / door replacement and structural repairs
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standardsExperience
Proven experience in carpentry or construction work with knowledge of woodworking
Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for various construction projects
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as arial lifts or telehandlers is preferred but not required
Experience with finish carpentry is a plus
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments for extended periods
This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic who is eager to contribute to diverse construction projects. Applicants should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in dynamic settings.

Pay: $16.18-$35.00 per hour
