Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the maintenance and repair of trailers
This role requires someone who is mechanically inclined, coachable, and takes pride in their work

Utilize a spray gun to paint the interior and exterior of the trailers
Tear out and replace flooring with laminate or tile flooring
Document completed tasks on trailers using a paper method system
Operate a forklift to move or lift items around the yard, if necessary

Work in a smaller shop with 15 technicians where units are dropped off for repair and sent back to construction sites

Responsibilities
• Tear out drywall and replace it depending on the layout needed for the next job site.
• Use basic hand and power tools on the job.
• Utilize a spray gun to paint the interior and exterior of the trailers.
• Tear out and replace flooring with laminate or tile flooring.
• Document completed tasks on trailers using a paper method system.
• Operate a forklift to move or lift items around the yard, if necessary.
• Clean windows, blinds, doors, floors, and walls if needed.

Work in a smaller shop with 15 technicians where units are dropped off for repair and sent back to construction sites. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with additional hours during the Spring and Summer due to increased workload.
